Staying Sharp . “If the iron is blunt, and one does not sharpen the edge, he must use more strength, but wisdom helps one to succeed.” ‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭10:10‬ ‭ESV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ . This is also why a carpenter will spend many hours sharpening his saw and chisels, it seems like extra work at the time, but the craftsman knows that not only will it save him many labour intensive hours, it will ensure that he is able to work with precision and accuracy. We too need to apply wisdom to our lives, ensuring that we are sharp and fit for purpose. . . . . . #sharp #fitforpurpose #souvenirs_de_vie #lifemoments #dailydevotions #followingjesus
